Alissa White-Gluz

Alissa was a leader singer of the metalcore band from Canada, The Agonist. She currently sings with the Swedish melodic-death metal band Arch Enemy. Alissa (born the 31st of July 1985) White-Gluz is an Canadian singer-songwriter, well famous for her role as the former vocalist and lead singer of The Agonist, a Canadian metalcore group The Agonist in addition to being currently the singer-songwriter of Swedish melodic Death Metal band Arch Enemy. Singing and growling (clean vocals) are part of her distinctive vocal style. She is often linked to melodic metalcore and metalcore, she has also worked as a vocalist in various deathcore, power metal as well as symphonic and symphonic groups. These include Kamelot along with Delain. The Agonist (2004-2014) The Agonist (2004-2014) White-Gluz formed the Agonist (then was referred to as "Tempest") alongside the band's co-leaders Danny Marino and Chris Kells from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. White-Gluz recorded three albums in the band for The Agonist as the lead vocalist. White Gluz quit the Agonist when he was offered the chance to sing in the band Arch Enemy in 2014.
